How are color-coated coil products classified?
Color-coated coils are lightweight, beautiful, and have good corrosion resistance. They can also be processed directly. The colors are generally divided into gray, sea blue, and brick red. They are mainly used in advertising, construction, home appliances, electrical appliances, furniture, and transportation. The coating used for color-coated coils selects appropriate resins according to different application environments, such as polyester silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride, etc. Users can choose according to the purpose.

The paint film coating of the profiled color-coated coil is divided into four types: ① Polyester coating (PE) color-coated plate; ② High durability coating (HDP) color-coated plate; ③ Silicon modified coating (SMP) color-coated plate; ④ Fluorocarbon coating (PVDF) color-coated plate;
1. Ester coating (PE) color-coated plate
PE polyester color-coated plate has good adhesion, rich colors, a wide range of formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, and low cost. The main advantage of PE polyester color-coated plate is its high cost performance. In a relatively friendly environment, it is recommended to use PE polyester color-coated plate;
2. High weather resistance coating (HDP) color-coated plate;
HDP high weather resistance color-coated plate has excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and anti-powdering, good paint film coating adhesion, rich colors, and excellent cost performance. High weather-resistant HDP pressure-coated coils are most suitable for harsh weather conditions, such as areas with strong ultraviolet rays such as plateaus. We recommend the use of HDP high weather-resistant pressure-coated coils;
3. Silicon modified coating (SMP) color-coated sheets;
SMP silicon polyester color-coated sheets have good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance; as well as good external durability and anti-powdering, gloss retention, general flexibility and medium cost. The most suitable environment for SMP silicon modified polyester pressure-coated coils is a high-temperature factory building, such as steel mills and other environments with high indoor
temperatures. It is generally recommended to use SMP silico
dified polyester pressure-coated coils;
4. Fluorocarbon coating (PVDF) color-coated sheets;
PVDF fluorocarbon color-coated sheets have excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and anti-powdering, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, dirt resistance, limited colors and high cost. PVDF corrugated color-coated coils have high corrosion resistance. Many factories with strong corrosive environments will choose PVDF corrugated color-coated coils. There are also humid sea breezes at the seaside that are often corrosive and generally choose PVDF corrugated color-coated coils;
Basic characteristics of color-coated steel plates
Color-coated steel plates refer to color-coated steel plates, which are steel plates with organic coatings. Color-coated steel plates are divided into single plates, color-coated steel composite plates, floor decking plates, etc. They are widely used in large public buildings, public factories, mobile houses, and walls and roofs of integrated houses.

1. Light weight: 10-14 kg/m2, equivalent to 1/30 of a brick wall.

4. Bright color: No surface decoration is required, and the anti-corrosion layer of colored galvanized steel plate can be maintained for 10-15 years.

Color steel plate specifications introduction
Color steel coil is a commonly used building material in construction. In order to meet the needs of different sites, there are many specifications of this coil on the market. Cold rolled substrate color coated steel plate
The color plate produced by the cold rolled substrate manufacturer is smooth and beautiful in appearance, and has the processability of cold rolled plate, but any small scratches on the coating surface will expose the cold rolled substrate to the air, resulting in the rapid formation of red rust on the exposed iron. Therefore, these products can only be used for temporary isolation measures with lower requirements and can only be used as indoor materials.
Hot-dip galvanized color-coated coil
The product obtained by applying an organic coating on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is a hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet. In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the organic coating on the surface of the hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet also plays an isolation and anti-rust role, and its service life is longer than that of the hot-dip galvanized sheet. The zinc content of the hot-dip galvanized substrate is generally 180 g/m2 (double-sided). The zinc content of the hot-dip galvanized substrate for outdoor use is 275 g/m2.
Hot-dip galvanized color-coated coil
According to requirements, hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel sheet can also be used as a color coating substrate (55% aluminum-zinc and 5% aluminum-zinc).
Galvanized color-coated sheet
The galvanized sheet is used as the base plate, and the organic paint is baked, and the product is a galvanized color-coated sheet. Because the zinc layer of the galvanized sheet is thin, usually containing 20/20g/m2 of zinc, it is not suitable for the production of outdoor walls and roofs. However, due to its beautiful appearance and excellent processing performance, it is mainly used in household appliances, audio, steel furniture, interior decoration, etc.
